将牛肉切成牛肉块,并加入盐、黑胡椒、生粉、橄榄油进行调味,拌匀。
Cut the beef into cubes, add salt, pepper, cornstarch, olive oil for seasoning, mix well.
将洋葱和胡萝卜切成片状。热锅放入黄油软化,放入蒜末爆香。将洋葱和胡萝卜炒熟。
Slice the onion and carrot. In a hot pan, add butter to soften, add garlic until fragrant. Saute the Onions and carrots.
将炒好的牛肉、洋葱和胡萝卜放入砂锅中,加入浓汤宝、水、番茄酱和白葡萄酒。小火炖1个半小时。
Saute the beef, onion and carrots in a pot and add the bisque, water, tomato sauce and white wine. Simmer for 1.5 hours.
将蘑菇炒出水分,将熟蘑菇和生番茄放入锅中,再炖15分钟。
Saute mushrooms for water. Add cooked mushrooms and raw tomatoes to the pot. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
将汤捞出放到平底锅中,加入水淀粉加热,使汤收汁,并调味。
Move the soup to a pan, add water starch, heat to drain and season the sauce.
将酱汁倒回锅中,拌匀,加入百里香碎,即可盛出配饭。
Return the sauce to the pot, mix well, add the thyme chopped, and finished.
