| 1brown onion&2carrot&2clelery&2garlic | cauliflower |
| 2cups(400g) dried lentils,rinsed | meat |
| 1can(400g) crused tomato | or 4 tomatoes |
| 1.5litre vegetable or chicken stock | |
| 2 bay leaves | |
| 1tsp paprika powder & 1/2 tsp cumin & coriander powder | |
| 1 lemon (zest & juice) | |
| parsley |

onion&garlic
carrot&celery:10min
add cauliflower
Bacon bones or sausage or mince
1tsp paprika or turmeric
(cumin&coriander ) -
add 2 cups lentils
1can or 4 fresh tomato
1.5l stock & bay leaves
scoop surface
boil & simmer: 30-60min -
season
2 tbsp lemon juice
coriander or parsley.
