first of all,chop the Spring onion、garlic
slice the onion、carrot
add oil into a pan,add chopped garlic、onion,fry a little
add the sliced carrot into,mix and fry👨🍳
add two spoons af korean chilli sauce into,fry a liitle bit
add some boilling water into(a little bit more water),add the rice cake into
add half pack of Korean rice cake sauce into,
add little sesame oil、1-2 spoons of sugar
mix and boil them
change to the MEDIUM HEAT!!😼☝🏼
COVER the pan with a lid
must need to STIR all the stuff halfway to avoid stickingto the pot
(can also add some instant noodle into if you like🍜)
When the rice cake become soft,turn to the big fire ,make the juice more condense
then turn off the fire
take them out into a plate,add some spring onion and sesame on top,now we finish!!
