生腰果泡软后,加入老豆腐,破壁机打至丝滑。
调味:白醋,大蒜粉,白醋
尝出有丘比色拉酱那个味道就差不多了
Blend firm tofu with soaked cashews. Add white vinegar blend again. Season with garlic powder and salt.
可以用来蘸料也可以做生菜色拉
示范做肯爷爷的色拉,再加入超多胡椒和橄榄油就可以了!
Can be used as dipping for deep fried veggies.
