准备好所需材料。
在适合的容器中混合低筋粉、泡打粉、糖、盐、香料(肉桂粉、丁香粉、肉豆蔻)以及鸡蛋;
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, spices and egg.
在1中混合物中加入切成小块儿(或者刨成碎屑)的黄油(我自己做的时候直接室温软化的黄油),并加入杏仁酱,用刮刀拌匀;
Chop and crumble the butter and the marzipan into the mix.
将2中混合物揉成光滑面团,用保鲜膜包裹面团,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟(冷藏久一点儿也没关系);
Knead the dough until you get it smooth. Put it into the fridge for 30 mins at least.
将烤箱180°预热(根据自家烤箱脾气适当调节);
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
将冷藏后的面团取出,擀成厚3-4 mm的片状,用喜欢的饼干模具做出饼干形状;
Stretch the dough (3-4 mm) and cut the biscuits.
将烤盘上铺好烘焙用纸,把5中的饼干逐个放入,注意预留孔隙;
Put them onto a baking paper - covered baking pan.
将放好饼干的烤盘放入烤箱,烘烤12-15分钟(根据自家烤箱脾气适当调节)。
Bake them for 12-15 mins.
晾凉,装盘。享用吧……
