法式吐司部分 For The French Toast | |

1茶匙枫糖浆 | 1 tsp maple syrup |
4片全麦面包 | 4 slices wholemeal bread |
浆果糖浆部分 For The Berry Syrup | |
400克混合冷冻浆果 | 400g mixed frozen berries |
4汤匙水 | 4 tbsp water |
1汤匙枫糖浆 | 1 tbsp maple syrup |
装饰部分 To Serve | |
1小段熟香蕉 | 1 small, ripe banana |
4汤匙植物酸奶 | 4 tbsp plant-based yoghurt |
10-12颗新鲜浆果 | 10-12 fresh berries |
1汤匙椰子片 | 1 tbsp flaked coconut |
首先,做法式吐司。
把香蕉去皮捣碎,然后加入除面包片以外的材料,搅匀。
把面包片浸泡在混合物中15秒左右,中途翻个面,保证面包片完全渗透。
把浸泡好的面包片放在有烘焙纸的烤盘上,烤30分钟,中途翻面一次,烤至两面金黄。
First, make the french toast. Peel and mash the banana. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the bread!) and mix well to combine. Lay the bread slices in the mixture for 15 seconds or so, turning it so it soaks through. Place them on a lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes until golden, turning halfway through.
然后,做浆果糖浆。
在平底锅中加入浆果、水和枫糖浆,中火加热,煮15-20分钟。期间要不停搅拌,直到液体减少。中途可以用勺子背轻轻地把水果压碎。
Now, make the berry syrup. Put the small saucepan over a medium heat. Add the berries, water and maple syrup and simmer for 15-20 minutes until all the liquid has reduced, stirring regularly. Halfway through cooking, gently mash the fruit with the back of a spoon.
最后装饰!
把剩下的香蕉去皮切片。
把吐司装盘,然后在吐司上放上浆果糖浆、香蕉片、酸奶、新鲜浆果和椰子片。
Time to serve! Peel and slice the remaining banana. Plate up the toast, top with berry syrup, banana slices, yoghurt, fresh berries and coconut flakes.
