水里不加盐,煮意面。比盒子上要求的时间减去一分钟。 boiling the pasta with no salt in water. Reduce the time by 1min.
盆里放黄油。将煮好的意粉放在黄油上加3勺煮意粉的水。 put butter in mixing bowl. Add cooked pasta on top of the butter and add three tbsp of pasta water.
意粉里加つゆ,去皮的明太子,拌匀。上面撒日本紫菜丝。 Add Japanese sauce and meitaiko and mix well. Top with Japanese seaweed.
