用料  

香菇 shiitake mushrooms 6朵
鸡腿肉 chicken leg 2只
生抽 soy sauce 2勺 cooking spoon
老抽 dark soy sauce 1勺 cooking spoon
蚝油 oyster sauce 1甩 drop
糖 sugar 3勺 seasoning spoon
盐 salt 0.8勺 seasoning spoon
蒜蓉 minced garlic 1勺 spoon
葱白 root of spring onion 1根

香菇烧鸡 mushroom chicken的做法  

  1. 锅烧热,加入鸡腿肉,大火快速翻炒,加入蒜蓉。heat the pot to very hot and add in chicken leg. Stir fry quickly with big fire and add in minced garlic.

  2. 加入老抽,生抽,蚝油,糖,盐,葱白,加半碗水,盖上锅盖,小火煮5到10分钟。add in dark soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, root of spring onion. Add half a bowl of water and put on pot cover. Boil with small fire for 5-10 minutes.

  3. 打开锅盖,大火收汁。open pot cover and cook with big fire until the water almost dry.
