用料  

酸菜 pickled Chinese cabbage 适量
鱼 fish slice 2片
腐竹 fuzhu 1把 handful
小米椒 Chili padi 1个
高汤 stock 1块
蒜Garlic 1 spoon
葱白 spring onion white 1根
白胡椒 white pepper 适量
料酒 cooking wine 适量

酸菜鱼的做法  

  1. 鱼切成小块,加入适量白胡椒,料酒,腌制15分钟。slice the fish, add white pepper and cooking wine. Marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 锅中加水,加入酸菜,高汤,葱,蒜,煮至沸腾。加入鱼片,煮至鱼片变色。加入腐竹,小米辣,收水。boil water in pot, add pickled Chinese cabbage, stock, spring onion white, garlic and cook until water boil. Add fish and cook until the water turned white. Add in fuzhu and Chili padi. cook until water become less.
