红酱:
- 放 Olive Oil。
- Garlic(切片),Diced Onions and Carrots 翻炒。
- 再倒 Canned Tomatoes,mix well。
- 加 Minced Pork and mix well。
- 加 红酒,香料,Black Pepper,糖,
盐,Chili Powder:煮10分钟
- When thick,加 Cheese Powder。
白酱:
- 炒 Celery & Brocolli。
- Butter 下锅 until melted and add Flour,
边炒 边倒牛奶 and mix well。
- When thick,加 盐,Cheese Powder and Black Pepper and mix well。
Lasagna 皮:
- Boil water,加一点 油。
- Once boiling,cook 皮 until 8分熟。
- Strain and set aside。
Constructing:
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- In rectangular pan:
皮,红酱 & Cheese,皮,白酱 & Cheese
and repeat。
- After done,finish with Cheese on top and bake for 25 mins。
