Dashi/雞湯 | 看著辦加到麵粉裡 |

培根肉 | uwjimaya一小盒 |
中筋麵粉加入冷卻的dashi湯汁或是市面賣的雞湯,鹽巴跟胡椒,攪拌到水水的狀態 (實驗的batch做完後可以調整麵糊的調味)
台灣切絲後, 跟豆芽菜一起清洗一下
麵糊入中火熱過的鍋子裡,一直往中間倒圓形能漂亮一點。讓餅皮cook一下,灑一點柴魚片/粉(left over可以做早餐餅皮,兩面大概煎個10分脆脆的很好吃)
加入cabbage+豆芽菜
再來點柴魚粉後 加一點麵糊讓veggie能黏住
加上培根
season with salt & pepper, add a little more batter
cook until the crepe is hardened then flip
cook bacon until crispy (plz be patient)
在一邊做yakisoba, make sure to make it as dry as possible, add some okonomi sauce to adjust favlor
put the okonomiyaki on top of yakisoba
cook egg on side, season with salt and pepper (opt. step)
put okonomiyaki on egg
flip over again to sauce it thoroughly, squeeze mayo criss cross
add nori/ furikake, bonito flakes or whatever suits your taste
put green onion on top to garnish
left over 可以做香香脆脆的餅皮,裡面夾 scrambled egg, lightly seared crispy bacon, and raw cabbage. All seasoned with just salt and pepper
