Green Sauce
Ingredients:
10 peppers: jalapeños & serranos (cut off the stem)
1/2 yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
cilantro
1 lime juice
1 cup water
salt
medium spicy level: 6 jalapeños, 4 small serranos
Directions:
Heat up oil in a pan and put the jalapeños in. Cover the pan and let them cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
Throw in the onion, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the garlic, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat, leave it covered, and let it sit for like 5 minutes to cool down.
Put the veggies in the blender with water, cilantro, spices, and the oil from the pan. Blend on low until smooth.
