Sourdough Sandwich Loaf的做法

① 混合水、牛奶、蜂蜜,加入酸酵头,加入面粉至无干粉,静置30分钟
② 加入黄油、盐,揉至光滑有弹性(10分钟
③ 一发至两倍大(4-5小时
④ 整形,常温发酵1小时后隔夜冷藏(8-10小时
⑤ 烤箱预热200度,牛奶刷面团顶部,割包,烤50-55分钟,出炉至完全冷却

🍒原配方是以上用料的两倍
