- melt chocolate
- beat egg and brown sugar
- blend in pastry flour and salt
- cut in melted chocolate
* measuring cup, bowl 1
make chocolate cream and chill overnight
- heat cream till 60 C/140F
- melt chocolate bars and sugar
* measuring cup, bowl 2
make chocolate cake
- melt milk and butter, blend in cocoa powder
- beat egg whites with sugar (around 5 mins), then beat in yolks
- cut in flour
- take a dollop of meringue and blend it with chocolate sauce, then add it back into the meringue
* measuring cup, bowl 3 for beating, bowl 1 for temporary yolk
