Boiled UK Sweet Cabbages with Dipping Sauce

用料  

Salt 1 Spoons
Cabbages 3 Large Leaves
Sesame Oil 0.5 Spoons
Drinking Water 1 Pot
Bean Sauce Oil 2 Spoons

Boiled UK Sweet Cabbages with Dipping Sauce的做法  

  1. 择菜叶,取花椰菜外层3大叶,撕去或切去虫洞、烂块和硬根;
    Take 3 large leaves on the outer layer of the sweet cabbage, tear off or cut off wormholes, rotten pieces and hard roots;

    将大叶片撕成约5*5厘米尺寸的小碎片;
    Tear the large leaves into small pieces about 5*5 cm in size;

  2. 冲洗小叶片,去除大部分灰尘和泥垢;
    Rinse the small pieces to remove most of the dust and dirt;

    将约2小碗(1大碗)的可饮水倒入锅中,加入1勺食用盐,将盐水煮沸;
    Pour about 2 small bowls (1 large bowl) of drinkable water into the pot, add 1 spoonful of salt, and boil the salt water;

    将洗净后的小叶片放入沸水中,煮约4-6分钟,全部捞出沥干;
    Put the washed leaves into boiling water, boil for about 4-6 minutes, pick them up, and dry them;

  3. 调蘸料,0.5勺芝麻香油和2勺酱油混合;
    Mix the dipping sauce, with 0.5 spoons of sesame oil and 2 spoons of soy sauce;

    将煮熟的菜叶放入蘸料碗中。
    Put the boiled cabbage leaves into the dipping bowl.
