西兰花(broccoli) 1 cup
草菇(mushroom) 1/2cup
胡萝卜(carrot) 1/4cup
The sauce mixture:
酱油(soybean sauce) 1tsp
蚝油(Lobster sauce) 1Tsp
黑胡椒(black pepper) 1/4tsp
玉米淀粉(corn starch) 1tsp
水(cold water) 2Tsp
香油(sesame oil) 1/4 tsp

减肥餐:素炒西兰花草菇(Healthy low-fat Meal:Stir-fried Broccoli with mushrooms)的做法  

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets ,slice the (Champignon)mushrooms and carrots,then blanch all the ingredients separately.

  2. In a separate bowl prepare the sauce mixture:together soybean sauce ,oyster sauce,sesame oil,black pepper,water,and corn starch.Stir well and set aside.

  3. Add minced garlic to a hot pan with cold oil ,Sauté for a few moments until fragrant.

  4. Add all the ingredients from step 1.
