Muscovado 黑糖或黄糖 50克
巧克力粒或牛奶巧克力(切碎) 100克
鸡蛋1个
鲜奶 5大匙
轻咸奶油(融化)(我用无盐奶油) 50克
Self-raising flour 100g
Cocoa powder 25g
baking powder ½ tsp
light muscovado sugar or brown sugar 50g
Chocolate chips or milk chocolate (chopped) 100g
egg 1
fresh milk 5 tbsp
lightly salted butter (melted) (I use unsalted butter) 50g

  1. 把面粉,可可粉和泡打粉过筛放入碗中。拌入糖和切碎的巧克力或巧克力粒
    1. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in the sugar and chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

    2. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and stir in the milk and melted butter. Add to the dry ingredients using a large metal spoon, stir the ingredients together until only just combined. Divide among the cases or paper cups.
