1.排骨买来后清洗干净,焯水后备用
2.葱姜蒜切片,几个干辣椒切段(不吃辣的可不加)
3.锅烧热加油加入葱姜蒜、干辣椒、八角翻炒爆香,倒入排骨翻炒片刻,
4.倒入适量老抽(上色)和味极鲜(增鲜)翻炒均匀;我喜欢颜色稍微深点的,看着就下饭,嘿嘿~
5.锅中倒入适量清水,喜欢带汤的就多倒点,开锅后转小火炖半小时以上,以肉肉的软烂程度为标准,别忘记盖锅盖哈;
6.这时候准备大白菜,喜欢吃多少放多少,以够吃为准,将白菜叶切小段备用;
7.炖到排骨已经比较好咬的状态时,加入适量盐调味 接着放入大白菜翻炒均匀,盖盖继续炖十几分钟大白菜软烂即可,出锅时可撒点香菜!
