Tomato, diced | 4 |
Garlic, minced | 4 cloves |
Red pepper, minced | 1 |
Green pepper, minced | 1 |
Red bell pepper, diced | 1 |
Red onion, minced | 1/2 |
Salt, Pepper | to taste |
Lime | 1 |
Olive Oil | 1 tablespoon |
Tortilla | 3 |
Cut all the vegetables according to the above instruction
Juice the lime. Then shave in a little bit of lime zest.
Blend all the ingredients with salt, pepper and olive oil. Add chili powder if you like. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour to let the taste develop.
Brush oil onto tortillas, then cut them into wedges. Microwave until crispy.
