Chimichurri Sauce

用料  

Parsley 1小把
2-3瓣
干牛至 2 tablespoon
橄榄油 60ml
red/white wine vinegar 20ml
lemon lemon 1 wedge
salt & pepper
pepprika optinoal

Chimichurri Sauce的做法  

  1. Pulse parsley in processor to chop.

    Add remaining ingredients and blend.

  2. Separate sauce into equal parts.
    (Use half for basting or marinade).
    (Use other half for table service).
