烤箱预热180℃。菠菜洗净切3厘米寸段;洋葱切丝
热锅下黄油融化,入洋葱炒香,再加入菠菜,调入适量盐、黑胡椒粉,将菠菜、洋葱炒软后放凉备用
鸡蛋分离蛋清和蛋黄。蛋黄加入室温软化的奶油奶酪用刮刀搅拌均匀,调入适量小茴香粉和豆蔻粉,并用盐和胡椒粉调味
蛋清放入无水无油的盆中用电动打蛋器打到6、7分发,与奶酪蛋黄糊混合均匀
将步骤2中的菠菜洋葱多余的汤汁篦掉,铺入烤盘;再将步骤4种混合好的奶酪蛋糊倒在菠菜洋葱上;撒适量帕玛森芝士粉,入烤箱烘烤15-20min,至表面金黄色,蛋液不再滑动。出炉后可以再撒适量芝士粉,趁热享用~
