枫糖浆 | 2 tbsp |
cacao powder(可可粉) | 6 tbsp |
香草精 | 0.5 tsp |
chai tea bag印度奶茶包(或者红茶等等) | 3个 |
ground flax seed或者hemp seed(chia seeds) | 2 tbsp |
海盐 | 1小搓 |
榛子 | 0.5杯 |
所有材料,除了榛子,放入料理机打碎。
加入切碎的榛子,用手把brownie面团揉成型。用保鲜袋包住,擀成1.25cm厚。放入冰箱至少冷却半小时。手上抹椰子油防粘,把brownie切片,撒上cacao powder和榛子装饰
