Zucchini noodle | 150g |
Tiger shrimp | 100g |
Chardonnay | 100mL |
Garlic (chopped up) | 1 clove |
Parsley | 1 handful |
Lemon (zest + juice) | 1/2 |

Butter / olive oil | - |

Cook zucchini noodle in boiling water with salt.
Pan sear prawns with olive oil at medium heat.
When prawns turn pink, add chopped up garlic, (butter,) chilli flakes, til all melted and mixed.
Deglaze the pan with white wine, good shaving of parmesan cheese, lemon (zest & juice).
Let the juice cook for a few minutes on high heat til reduced by half.
Turn off heat, add in parsley, salt and pepper, then stir in noodles.
