Squeeze out ground pork from pork sausage. Cook ground pork in oil on medium heat; add ginger, garlic, cooking wine
Add pre-cooked veggie mix (onion, bell peppers, celery...) and mushrooms. Add miso
Add tofu, water, sliced tomatoes. Cook on low heat till tofu has absorbed flavor. Turn off heat, add green onions on top.
