用料  

鸡蛋 eggs 4
牛奶 milk 200 g
面粉 flour 200 g

Yorkshire Pudding for Sunday Roasts的做法  

  1. Mix 200g flour: 200ml milk (1:1 ratio) with 4 eggs.

    混合200克中筋面粉,200毫升牛奶,4个鸡蛋

  2. Let stand in fridge for 2 hrs (while you roast that lovely beef joint to medium rare!)
    把混合液放冰箱冷藏2小时。不冷藏的话,烤箱时间减少5-10分钟。

  3. Place in oven at 170C with part cooked potatoes (which crisp) for 30min. - during this time that roasted beef rests to achieve perfect finish without bleeding.

    倒入小烤箱容器里,到半满。烤箱170摄氏度,烤30分钟。
