用料  

清酒 1/2 cup
大洋葱 半顆
大葱 1根
鸡蛋 1 个
酱油 1/4 cup
1 1/2 tbsp
Pork butt cheek 400-500g?
柴魚煮水(dashi) 1/2
白醋 2 tbsp

豚丼的做法  

  1. Marinate meat with Sake+soysauce+drained homemade dashi ( katsuobushi, sugar, water, vinegar)

    Cook your onsen tamago now

  2. Drained meat and use pour the juice into pan to almost boiled or boiled, then add onion ( 大火cover the lid if using less marinating sauce)

  3. When onion soften, add meat in till fully cooked一樣大火

  4. Chop some green onion and serve with egg

先醃豬肉 so it doesn’t get over cooked in the sauce?
