Dice ginger and garlic(carrot and ham)
Beat egg well
Heat 2 tbsps of oil,add garlic and ginger, stir-fly till fragrant, then add egg till it changes colour to yellow,romove from the pan
fried all the other material(carrot、ham、green bean)
put the rice together into the pan and stir-fry well
put the fried egg in,and the salt & soy,stir constanatly until rice is smoth and thick
