Vermicelli | 1 cup |
Mustard | 1 tsp |
Urad dal | Half tsp |
Chana dal | 1 tsp |

oil 2 tsp, vermicelli 1cup, low flame roast till golden brown, cool completely
Boil water, add roasted vermicelli, half tsp of salt, mix and boil for 3 min, drain water and keep aside
Oil 3 tsp, mustard 1 tsp, urad dal half tsp, chana dal 1 tsp, dried red chili 1, curry leaves few, sauté and splutter, peanuts handful, roast for 1 min, finely cropped ginger 1 inch, green chili 2 slit, sauté low flame, onion 2 tbsp, sauté well, add peas, carrot, capsicum, beans, sauté for 1 min, turmeric half tsp, salt half tsp, sauté 1 min, simmer for 2 min
Add vermicelli and mix gently, do not mash, add coriander 2 tbsp, lemon half, mix well
