Separate egg white and yolk
Put sugar into egg yolk and whip it with egg beater. After the mix is well blended, put mascarpone in and mix them together
Whisk the egg white with egg beater
Mix these two in an “8 move.” DO NOT over blend them.
Make coffee ( this coffee maker makes 4-people-amount espresso), and then put a little bit sugar. Milk or liquor can be added in this step ( choose one of them)
Dip the lady fingers in coffee, lay them in a container, and then put one layer of the cream( the mix) on top of the coffee-soaked-lady fingers. How much can the cookie be soaked?——it depends on the taste you like, drier or wetter. I chose to soak half of each cookie.
The same process for second, third layers.
Sprinkle the chocolate powder ( evenly) on top. Put into fridge for at least two hours, then enjoy the best tiramisu!
