Whisk garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar together in a large bowl.
Season both sides of chicken generously with kosher salt. Transfer to bowl with marinade and thoroughly coat all sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 days
Place chicken over semi-direct heat and cook for 30 minutes. Cut the outside into pieces, then Continue cooking and turning for 15 more minutes. 切好的肉放进有盖的保温容器里。
保温容器长这样子的,没有的话只要有盖的容器都可以吧。
Serve with lemon wedges,olives,greek salad,and pita bread.
