这个食谱是我妈妈的,图也是“盗”的她的😋;因为我的德国交换生想自己做,所以我想把它翻译一下,便于她操作。😁

用料  

pea 800g
corn 1000g
carrot 2
egg 2
shrimp meat 500g
streaky pork(and a leg of pork) 1200g
ginger 6 pieces
shallot 3
oyster sauce 2 spoons
salt 3g
cooking wine 2 spoons
light soy sauce 2 spoons

  1. Chop the carrots up into small pieces and add the finely chopped gingers and shallots.

  4. Defrost the shrimps in advance. Use the kitchen paper to absorb the water.
    Stir in the cooking wine, light soy sauce and ginger, and set them aside until they have marinated for 1 hour.
