| All purpose flour | 150g |
| Cake flour | 150g |
| Sugar | 25g |
| Salt | 2g |
| Baking powder | 8g |
| Heavy whipping cream > 35% | 375g |

Mix (don’t knead) ingredients. Use round cookie cutter, cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces.

Set oven to 425F / 220C, bake for 16-18min.
