- Rinse clean the celtuce leaves
洗干净莴笋叶
- Boil 1500ml water
烧开1.5升水
- Add 5g Salt to the boiling water
往开水里加入5克盐
- Cook celtuce leaves for 2 minutes on medium-high heat
中大火煮熟莴笋叶
- Cool the cooked leaves in ice water for 5 minutes
捞出莴笋叶,放入冰水5分钟冷却
- Remove water from the celtuce leaves
去除莴笋叶里多余水份
- As dry as possible
尽量拧干
- Cut the dried leaves into small pieces
切碎莴笋叶
- Transfer the chopped leaves to a big bowl
将碎叶转入大碗
Sauce Prep: 酱汁准备
- Cut garlic and scallion into small pieces
蒜和小葱切碎
- Pour 1 tbsp heated oil into the garlic and scallion
烧热油,浇在葱蒜末上
- Add 加入
3 tsp soy sauce + 1 tsp oyster sauce + 1 tsp vinegar + half tsp sugar + 1/4 tsp sesame oil
3茶勺酱油 + 1茶勺蚝油 +1茶勺香醋 + 半茶勺糖 + 1/4茶勺香油
- Mix well. Done!
搅拌匀,好了。
