Prepare 1 sweet onion
- Peel off the outer layer
- Rinse clean
- Cut into long strips

- Heat 1 tbsp oil, saute the onion on medium heat for few minutes until soft and lightly brown

Prepare Iceberg Lattice
- Use only few leafs
- Rinse clean
- Soak in ice-cold water
- Torn into palm size
准备几片生菜叶,冲洗后浸入冰水,手撕成巴掌大小备用
Prepare 1 Beefsteak Tomato
- Rinse clean
- Cut into thick slices
洗净牛排番茄一颗,切厚片
Prepare Beef Patties:
准备牛肉饼
- Heat 2 beef patties at medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side
中火煎烤两片牛肉饼,两面各三,四分钟
- flip each patty more frequently for another 2 to 3 minutes until both sides well done
继续中火煎烤牛肉饼2,3分钟,翻面更频繁,直至两面都呈深棕色。
Prepare the buns:
面包准备步骤:
- Spread half tbsp room temperature butter on each slice of the hamburger buns.
面包面上涂抹半汤勺室温黄油
- buttered side facing down, heat at low-medium for 2 minutes until gold brown
中小火烤涂抹了黄油那一面的面包大约2分钟直至金黄
Prepare the cheese slices: 准备奶酪
- Choose personal favorite cheese slices: Gouda, Cheddar, Swiss or American are all good fit.
依照个人喜好挑选奶酪片,豪达,车达,瑞士和美式奶酪搭配味佳
- Put 1 slice of cheese on the bun. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese melt
一片面包面上盖一片奶酪,微波炉30秒加热即化
