准备材料,培根,奶酪粉,蛋,生菜,面包
煮两个白煮蛋,之后用切蛋器切成片
小火煎培根直到两面边缘变脆,金黄,切成小块,然后将面包切成小块,也煎成金黄色
生菜叶放在盘底,加煎过的培根,面包碎,白煮蛋,
撒奶酪粉,加恺撒沙拉酱,我是偷懒从woolies买的直接的酱。如果要自己做酱的话就用下面的方子
恺撒沙拉酱:
2 egg yolks;
2 anchovies, finely chopped;
1 tsp of Dijon mustard;
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped and crushed;
100 mls of vegetable oil;
10 mls white wine vinegar;
