15年前就开始喜欢味好美这个牌子，那时候，一直买千岛酱。
现在味好美出了越来越多的产品，很期待，不免想试试。

用料
味好美奥尔良烤鸡调料_烤牛里脊的做法

1.一定买牛里脊，不要外脊;
2.横切成条;
3. 先用葱，姜，料酒腌制一下，另外加点小苏打或者碱，这样做出来的牛肉比较嫩;
4.加“味好美调料”腌制1小时;
5.用油封一下;

放入空气炸锅，180摄氏度℃，30分钟，期间翻动，
根据空气炸锅脾气，适量增减时间

由于牛肉没有肥油，腌制时候，多放点油
