1.鸡爪去脚,放入锅内,加入香叶+八角+桂皮+3勺料酒+水,中小火煮15分钟左右。
2.上锅蒸10分钟螃蟹,取出切块后裹上生粉。
3.上锅煮土豆块10分钟,捞出控水。

砂锅内,倒一层底油,小火煸炒蒜姜干辣椒出香味。

加入一大勺豆瓣酱(丹丹牌哦!)炒出红油。
