After dashing into supermarket to find chopped pork, GOOD quality, I started thinking what could be a simple but yummy dish, a few ingredients, only 3 preparation steps, less-than-30-minute cooking time needed, meanwhile juicy, meaty and definitely soulmate for rice. I had to say there will be no better option than meat patty!

Chopped pork	300g
Egg	1
Shiitake	2
Onion	Half
Salted duck egg	1
Cilantro	little bundle
Hot chilly	1
Cooking wine	3-4 tablespoons
Braised soy sauce	3-4 tablespoons
Ginger and scallion	A full handful
Black and white pepper	A Half handful
Vinegar	A few drops
