in a pot, melt butter and milk, then add in vegetable oil and stir

pour the hot mixture in tapioca starch and salt
- I added veggie oil (w/o heating up) in the mixture, then poured in the hot liquid -
beat well, then add room temp egg

stir in cheese
-
bake at 395F for 25 mins
- 8/18/2024: for 11 muffin-tin size, bake at 395F for 25 mins
