Spicy Italian ground sausage | 1 lb (3 ct) |
Butter | 4 tablespoons |
White Onion - Diced | 1/2 ct |
Garlic - Minced | 1 Tablespoon |
Chicken broth | 6 Cups |
Yellow potatoes - cut into 1-inch pieces | 4-5 ct |
Black pepper | 1 teaspoon |
Heavy cream | 2 cups |
Kale - Chopped | 4 cups |
Bacon/Bacon Bits | 适量 |
Grated parmesan cheese | 适量 |
In a large pot, 把香肠炒熟 (香肠留下的油可以留在锅里)。炒熟的香肠盛出来放在一边备用。
在刚刚的pot里面,加入4 tbsp of butter and diced onions。小火慢炒到onion变软,加入Garlic,继续炒出香味。
加入 6 cups of chicken broth, 2 cups of water, potatoes, 适量盐和pepper,大火煮沸,后转小火等到土豆煮熟(变软、可以戳烂)。
加入kale,和 2 cups of Heavy cream。加入煮熟的香肠。
Serve garnished with grated parmesan cheese and/or bacon if desired.
